Who We Are

DersCo LLC is an AI governance consultancy serving US small and mid-sized businesses across all industries. This privacy notice applies to information collected through derscoaig.com, including the AI Governance Readiness Check (formerly named the AI Governance Readiness Assessment) and the contact form.

What We Collect

When you complete the AI Governance Readiness Check or submit the contact form, we collect the following information:

• Name
• Company name (if provided)
• Email address
• Job title or role (if provided)
• Your responses to assessment questions
• Your message, if you use the contact form

We do not collect payment information, government identification numbers, or health information through this site.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide for the following purposes:

• To score your assessment and generate your readiness report
• To deliver your report and any follow-up communications by email
• To respond to your contact form inquiry
• To follow up with you about our services, if you have expressed interest

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with advertising networks or data brokers.

Subprocessors

We use the following third-party service providers to operate this site and deliver our services. Each subprocessor has agreed to protect personal data under terms consistent with applicable law.

• Resend — transactional email delivery. Resend is used to send your readiness report and to notify us of new submissions. See resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, hosting, and database infrastructure. Readiness Check responses are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database, and Cloudflare may process request metadata including IP addresses as part of providing hosting and security services. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Data Storage and Retention

Readiness Check responses are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and retained for up to two years, or until you request deletion. We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to follow up on your inquiry. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

California Privacy Rights (CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

• The right to know what personal information we have collected about you and how it is used
• The right to correct inaccurate personal information
• The right to delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
• The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do not sell or share personal information)
• The right to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined under CPRA)
• The right not to be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights

Cookies and Tracking

This site does not use cookies for advertising or tracking. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar tracking tools. Cloudflare may collect request-level data (such as IP addresses and user agent strings) for security and performance purposes as part of its CDN service.

Security

Readiness Check responses are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database that is accessible only to our backend functions and is never exposed to the browser. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

Attorney-Client Relationship

Submitting this form or completing the Readiness Check does not create an attorney-client relationship with DersCo LLC or any attorney. No information submitted through this site is protected by attorney-client privilege unless and until an attorney-client relationship is established through a separate, signed engagement agreement.
